Refund Policy

At A MindLab, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our refund policy for digital products.

1. Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are only offered if you receive the wrong item (e.g., wrong chapter).

  • If this occurs, please contact us at support@amindlab.com within 7 days of receiving the incorrect product.

2. Whole Book Purchase

  • Once the full book has been purchased, no refunds will be issued. Please ensure you review your purchase before completing the transaction.

 

3. Individual Chapters

  • Refunds will only be provided if the wrong chapter is delivered.

 

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund due to receiving the wrong item, please contact us at support@amindlab.com within 7days of purchase. Once your refund request is received and approved, we will process the refund within 5 - 14 business days.
